best recording of this show
why give a one star to a show you call "excellent"?

I like Adams more every time I hear him.
Unfortunately there are no track numbers on the download.

This is a fabulous show. The recording is crisp and perfectly balanced. The performance is what really shines. I listen to this as much as I do Das Haus. That show, I see, was downloaded twice as often as this one... but this one stands out just as well.

Great sound, great setlist, all acoustic show a day or two after the release of Easy Tiger. -- But "check for other copies" b/c Bill Demars re-mastered this at a later date and the remastered version sounds even better, if that's possible.

This was my first Ryan Adams concert, even though I have been a fan since the beginning. I was simply blown away. As expected with the Landmark Theatre, the sound was incredible. The set list flowed from song to song effortlessly, and Ryan really showed off his amazing voice as well as his beautiful talent on the guitar. I am still in total awe. The Cardinals were tight, and every note was perfect. Thanks for posting this show so fast - I have been sort of sad since Friday night came to an end, and this really helped pick me up. I wish I could give this show like a billion stars or something, because 5 is just not enough.
definently the best ryan adams and the cards accoustic/electic set. hands down....thank god there is an incredible band like this touring right now!!

I don't usually take the time to post reviews
BUT this show is absolute GOLD!!! WOW!!! I haven't been a RA fan for as long as others but boy oh boy this show is a music fans dream. Well executed musicianship with a sound quality that is second to none have made this one of the most pleasurable shows I have in my collection.
Download it now!!!

This is one of the most beautiful show of the year, for me. Thank you Ryan & the Cardinals. Sound quality is awesome, more than an official record. Music is soft, delicate and very soulful, a concentration of emotions from which it is impossible to remain indifferent. Not only for fans. Five stars & more, sure. Also check the Austin show, it's very very excellent, like this: http://www.archive.org/details/ra2007-07-14.sbd.flac16
Thank you RA & the Cards. Thank you sound techs. Thank you to everyone who supports and influences this group. They are maturing like a fine wine. We may not see top-shelf music like this for a while with the way the world is going.

What an incredible performance, big thanks to the taper, the sound quality is spot on.
It's great that artists like Ryan Adams agree for their performances to be put up here, especially if like me you seem fated to never see a live show!
For one reason or another (mainly the fact that I have MS!) I've not been able to get to a live show but this is most certainly a worthy substitute!
If you have any appreciation for what is and what isn't a fantastic live show, do yourself a favour and listen to this.
This show smokes. Not only is the recording perfect, but the entire band is locked into such a tight groove that every song sounds new. I've listened to a great deal of what's available of Ryan and the Cardinals on the archive and I personally consider this the best performance I've heard from them.

the soundboard recording is perfectly mixed. This sounds like a professional recording. A long show and then a 10 song double encore. really cool stuff. The vibe is mellow / folk / country. If you haven't heard ryan adam's music with his band The Cardinals, this is a good one, and it allows you to stream the show in a .m3u file or flash. Really quality performance here.

continue to be amazed
These guys continue to amaze and entertain me. Beautiful songwriting and singing from Ryan and boys. Also a great community of folks. Big thanks to Funky Avacado for all of his efforts to preserve the great sounds.

This show is amazing. From simple 3 mintute songs to complex 8 minutes renditions. Great energy in the crowd and the band was jamming. Sounds great!!!

They Just Get Hotter Every Show
If you don't love Ryan and the Cardinals after
hearing this, You may be deaf.
Great Post! Thank You! I saw Ryan in Detriot recently and he blew me away. Speaking of the Detriot show (June 20th @ the Gem Theatre), does anyone have a recording of it? It was a small venue with a very respectful audience, should be a great recording if anyone got one.
This is definitely the best show of the tour thus far, if Disk 1 is any indication. Every bit as good as Das Haus, I'd have to say, maybe better. The jam in Goodnight Rose has been the highlight for me so far (I'm just heading into the What Sin jam, and it smokes so far as well). I'm surprised Ryan's playing is so good, given that he's been out of commission for a while.
Great to see them combining the mellow acoustic feel of the 2007 shows with the Dead-esque jamming they were rockin' last Fall.

TOP-NOTCH, GRADE A, 100% BADASS CARDINALS......
This is far and away the most solid show of the Easy Tiger mini-tour.
The mood inside the theater was carefree and loose, and it was clearly obvious that the band was enjoying themselves on 6/29.
The setlist is a perfect blend of Ryan's more folk/country influenced gems...mostly a mix of tracks from Easy Tiger, 29, Jacksonville City Nights and Cold Roses.
From the 'Cold Roses' opener, the tone for the evening was set...and Ryan's voice is particularly clear and strong. The vocal harmonies and instrument interplay is tight throughout the show...and look for some great acoustic jamming and interplay (especially) on 'Easy Plateau', 'What Sin > A Kiss Before I Go' and 'Magnolia Mountain'.
After playing a pretty standard show, in terms of time, The Cardinals came out for a double, ten(!) song encore...Ryan's banter with the band and audience through the show is hilarious, and John's birthday song and cake presentation was an absolute treat.
Now -- Stop reading and start downloading this show!
If I could give this performance 10 stars, I would...without question. An absolute gem of a show!

Fantastic stuff, this!
The Cardinals are a great band, but even by their high standards, this one takes it up a level. Great sound, and the band are on fire. You have to download this, that's all there is to it.
Great show and recording. Ryan and band on top form. Has a great mellow, chilled out vibe going on. Could be this years Das Haus and I can't pay it a bigger compliment than that.

oh yes - this is the one!
Another 5 star show and recording. This one brings a whole new dimension to the songs - everyone is in fine form, plus RA back playing again - but keeping the vocals in tip top form, You really do need this one. Fine, mainly acoustic take on newer and older songs. Just too many good shows to absorb from this tour - once again thanks for sharing this. Really deserves six stars - even by the brilliantly high standards for performance and recording already set by Mr Adams and co.

Best of 2007 so far
Easily my favorite RA & TC show so far of '07. Another great recording by Bill Delmars(thanks!!). The band is on fire AND having a lot of fun which hints at why the show is much longer than the other shows so far of this tour. Ryan is back on guitar after his injury and while acoustic for the evening the boys take it out there and then some.
If you haven't heard any of the other shows from this tour, do yourself a favor and listen to those first because you won't want to after hearing this special night!
